Sogn Folkemuseum
The museum was founded in 1909.
Today, the collection contains more than 26000 exhibits and 35 historic buildings from different parts of Sogn. The buildings illustrate the development of housing and traditional architecture, from the open-hearth room of the middle ages to a prefabricated modern house of the 1980s.

Here you can experience the living conditions of farmers, cottiers and the higher social classes over the last 400-500 years.
